Back Office Executive

Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Back Office Support Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative, HR, testing, data entry, and other office-related tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our operations while also assisting in sales, marketing, and business development efforts for our SaaS products.

Specific Skills
  • Proven experience in a back office support role or similar administrative position.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SaaS products and the technology industry is a plus.
Responsible For
  • Provide administrative support to various departments within the company.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance checks on software and applications.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Maintain and update office policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for promoting our SaaS products.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and online content.
  • Support sales efforts by identifying potential leads, conducting market research, and managing customer inquiries.
  • Assist in business development activities such as identifying new market opportunities and building strategic partnerships.
