3. Errors in billing or duplicate payments made by the customer.

1. Services that have already been delivered as per the agreed terms.

3. Cancellation of services after significant work or resource allocation has been completed.
3. Requesting a Refund
1. To request a refund, please contact us within 15 days of the issue arising.
2. Refund requests must be sent to info@welwininfotech.com with the following details:
- Customer name and contact information
- Invoice or transaction number
- Detailed explanation of the refund request
4. Refund Process
1. Once a refund request is received, our team will review the case and notify you of the outcome within 10 business days.
2. Approved refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
5. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued if only a portion of the services was unsatisfactory or not delivered.
